This has proved to be my true friend. A diary that reminds me to live each moment.
I write this one every day, empty my thoughts here. Some days when I am having too deep thoughts, it starts from the morning. Other days before sleeping.
Keeping a journal always helped me, in my tough times when I had to make difficult decisions, this is the one which always helped me.
When I Self-reflect, I write it about whatever changes I want to make in myself and hence in my life.
When I feel low I write it down. When I make plans or future goals, I write it here.
When I just feel happy for no reason, I write that down too.
