I write and paint. I am also quite spiritual and a natural healer. I believe in self-love and self-reflection. I love food, travel and makeup. I share my knowledge about all these things through my blog, with an intention of healing & to make this world to be a happier place to live.
Be the way you want to be and let everyone else also be the way they want to be. Let go of all the expectations you have from yourself and others.
This is true on the terms of expectations. But not when it comes to personal boundaries, always be thoughtful that your excuse for being yourself is not harming someone else’s space. Be respectful to others.
This has proved to be my true friend. A diary that reminds me to live each moment.
I write this one every day, empty my thoughts here. Some days when I am having too deep thoughts, it starts from the morning. Other days before sleeping.
When you start shining in your authenticity. Some people start to admire you, but some people try to steal your shine. Like they try to paint the bulb black so it’s 70 Watts shine reduces to 40 Watts shine. But what if you keep turning it up to 100W then 200W. They are going to be like “oh, it’s too bright, it’s too bright, turn it down”. But when you don’t turn it down, they change their way.
This is the favourite lesson learnt by Oprah from Maya Angelou.
People know themselves better than you do, if they tell you that they are not good or kind or truthful or any such characteristics. Don’t be like “oh, no no, you are not mean, I know you”. Because the moment you tell them this, very next moment you will be presented by the truth, like bamm.
Leave me alone and I go for food.. #Rajasthani in Bangalore
Being an Indian, with Rajasthani roots, always makes me live for food.
@rajdhanithali serves delicious food which has the awesomeness of Rajasthan and Gujarat in one thali.. It’s so good to find such outlets in South India which serve great north Indian food.
And to all who want to visit India, trust me guys Rajasthan is going to be even better than this when you visit. Oh and yeah there hospitality is so great, they are going to treat you like royals.
If I was not to wake up the next day, I would prefer having one continental breakfast, Rajasthani thali for lunch, paani puri, kachori and dessert for dinner. And my soul would be satisfied. Please comment and let me know what you think about my wicked thoughts.
Did something happen in your life, which was unexpected, which broke you down, which shattered you? A dream that looks farther to achieve, something or someone you loved moved away, suddenly your life took a turn which you never expected?
Remember the times, when you faced other big problems and grew through it. If you could overcome that, you are capable of overcoming this too. It’s tough, but you are tougher than your problems.
Spirituality will help you detach from the worldliness so much, that it won’t matter anymore to win or lose. Battles of life would just be like a game, easy as it used to be in childhood.
And when you know, life is just about living, nothing will touch you. Nor the fear of losing or the pride of winning.
Everyone knows how much I have been through but I am finally learning to completely forgive people who did wrong to me. Except those who don’t respect women and I have still not found a reason to forgive harassers. It’s a crime and it will be.
I walked away from all of you. Some of you are still the same, some of you learnt the lesson and changed, some of you have finally started to self reflect, some of you regret how you hurt me, some of you regret all your past actions and how you kept hurting people, some of you want to restart your life from zero, some of you learnt to work on yourself when you saw me choosing myself over anything.
