The home secretary just sent emails to the police, army, and governors saying he has arrest warrants. But he didn’t send the arrest warrants. It’s the same in all countries. When I posted that arrest warrants are here, my expectation was that all the countries received arrest warrants for all the countries’ dictators through Interpol. Interpol, police, and the army have been waiting to see the arrest warrants all this time. Even I had a suspicion when the Indian Home Secretary said the Supreme Court gave arrest warrants quickly. Because the Supreme Court should take a whole day to review the huge list of evidence because the case is so big. Remember, the Home Secretary said he got arrest warrants on Saturday, 21 March. 💁🏻‍♀️

◽Okay, so now the communication channels can finally be opened. The communication team from the Home Ministry needs to meet the IPS  or IAS officers and inform them of all the email lists. The emails will be sent every day to – parliament members including corrupt ministers, state assembly members including corrupt chief ministers, all the corrupt governors, all the state DGPs, all the collectors. There should also be a DL for  all the officers in the Home Ministry, send updates to that one as well. This one would include the corrupt Home Secretary as well. Let the corrupt people receive the updates, we will use it to hold them accountable when the energetic block gets removed. The communication teams can add more if they have more DLs in mind. They made these DLs for emergency situations, and we do have an emergency situation. Good that the police department has been sending updates level by level, instead of sending them directly to the home secretary.

◽This email solution will solve one more problem. When the energetic block is removed, we can use these emails to send updates to the Panchayat (village bodies) level . It will help us take control back from the corrupt news channels when the energetic block is removed. I meant to say collectors can also send emails to all the offices that come under them, down to the Panchayat level. DL means distribution list, it’s also called a domain mailing list. Finally honest politicians will also have solid information. Now honest politicians will have more control, otherwise corrupt ministers have been playing a one-sided game. We will also send emails to all the police stations in the country, and through the defence ministry to the entire army. The next question is how many people can be emailed at once? I am talking about technical capacity, like the server capacity. Do we have anyone from the technical team to help with this. To put the email distribution lists in a database. We will have to send emails to smaller units through department heads, because the distribution lists are limited to departments that come under the Home Ministry. ◽The Home Ministry will send emails to different distribution lists. To all the parliament members, Rajya Sabha and Lok Sabha might have two different DLs. That’s total 788 parliament members with at least 10% honest people, so I am assuming 100 honest people. Then to all the governors and all the chief ministers. To all the State parliament members, called MLAs in India. The total number of MLAs in India is 4123, again assuming at least 500 people are honest, it could even be 1000 people, because corruption is more widespread in the central government. Now comes the DL for all the collectors; they are district-level IAS officers. India has total 718 collectors, assuming at least 20% i.e. 150 people are honest. Next, we have central parliament members called MPs, state parliament MLAs, and collectors. These 3 people will send emails to smaller units that come under them. Chances are high that one of the three is honest, so the message from the Home Ministry will reach more people. MPs, MLAs, and collectors can all send emails to the offices that come under them up to the Panchayat level in their constituency. There are DLs that have all the Panchayats and Nagar Palikas. India has 2,68,000 Panchayats and 2006 Nagar Palikas. So out of 2.7 lakh officers, at least 50000 should be honest, which is a very big number. If in a constituency all the 3 senior officers are corrupt, then the Panchayat can depend on a neighbouring Panchayat, and they can also send an email upwards to the collector’s office. The flow is like : Panchayat -> Taluka -> sub division (zilla) -> district. 💁🏻‍♀️ This way the message will reach even more people. We will use both types of communication – from higher to lower level, and from lower to higher level. Smaller unit officers can confirm before sending emails to higher level whether they are getting emails or not. Villages are more connected to each other, you know. There are DLs available for collectors to send emails to all the department HODs in one go, we will use that too. I am talking about departments like the electricity department, water supply department etc.

These circulars can also be printed out and put on display on the notice board, like in the parliament, state parliaments, Collectorate offices, Nagar Palika offices, and Panchayat offices, electricity office etc. Use the notice board that’s close to CCTV otherwise corrupt people will tear it, move the notice board close to CCTV if it’s not that close. Police will also have the same circulars so honest police can charge fines if anyone tears the notices. I don’t know how feasible this idea of using notice boards is going to be, but let’s give it a try. The solution would definitely become more feasible, after the police and the army start arresting the corrupt ministers. Our freedom fighters used to use secret newspapers, because the media was being controlled at that time too. So we are also going to use circulars instead of social media platforms.

◽Next comes the defence forces. For the police department. Home ministries will send emails to all the state DGPs, India has 36 states. Since the chances of corruption are higher at higher levels, we also need to send emails to smaller offices. India has around 18500 police stations. We will send emails to all the police stations in the country, the DL is already there. Just in case, if this is too much data causing the server to hang, as some countries are small with lower budgets. Google said there are DLs for – all the DGPs, and all the DIGs, you can check for ADGPs and IGPs also. If the senior officer is corrupt then the junior officer can send an update to higher levels, and vice versa. All the police stations should get an official email update this way. Finally the entire police department will be informed. Again we can put the circulars on notice boards in all the police stations.

◽Next comes the army. The Home Ministry officers are already sending emails to the Defence Ministry. The honest Defence Ministry officers can send emails to all the Defence Ministry officers using DLs. Google also said even the Home Ministry can send emails to the entire Defence Ministry in one go. The Defence Ministry will also send emails to all the senior Army officers. Next comes the Indian Army, which has a strength of 12,00,000. Google said there are DLs to send emails to all the army men. But this might easily cause the system to hang. So we will send emails to higher officers and then they can send emails to smaller units. The smaller-level officers may also not have access to email every day. So we should send emails to the battalion level. Battalions are also called regiments or squadrons in other countries. Language problems, so I am clarifying that I am talking about army officers who lead around 300-1000 army men. In India they are called Lieutenant Colonels, so the Defence Ministry should send emails to the DL for all the Lieutenant Colonels. These officers will then inform the units that come under them – Majors, Captains, Lieutenants, and junior commissioned officers called Subedar Majors. The circulars can also be put on notice boards in the army offices. 💁🏻‍♀️ Indian Navy and Air Force strength is not included in the 12,00,000. Navy/Maritime force has 65000 and the Air Force has 1,40,000 army men. Defence Ministry will send the emails to the Navy and Air Force also in the same way. So finally, the army and police will have official information and clarity. Every police station will have arrest warrants against the dictators, no need to follow their illegal and unlawful orders anymore 💁🏻‍♀️. Police and army will only do what’s legal and lawful.

◽Forgot to add, the district-level department heads will send emails to all the offices that come under them. These are national-level circulars, it’s not like only army and police departments can participate. We have an emergency. If there was a natural disaster like a flood or an earthquake, all departments would get circulars. Right? Everyone can participate. The next point was. Google was saying to always use BCC while emailing; otherwise the server will struggle if everyone uses reply to all. We don’t want the server to hang because we may need it urgently someday. So we will use BCC, but we also want to keep transparency. So Home Ministry, Defence Ministry, and all the department heads, regional offices, everyone should send a separate email mentioning which DLs these daily updates are going to which DLs. 💁🏻‍♀️ If you add a new DL someday, send an update about the adding new DLs. Conclusion. Everyone in the world will know the truth and the dictators will also be forced to stop the ongoing wars. They will feel the pressure at least.
