The Indian home secretary just sent emails to the police, army, and governors saying he has arrest warrants. But he didn’t send the arrest warrants. It’s the same in all countries, all the home secretaries lied to interpol that arrest warrants are here. When I posted that arrest warrants are here, my expectation was that all the countries received arrest warrants for all the countries’ dictators through Interpol. Interpol, police, and the army have been waiting to see the arrest warrants all this time. Even I had a suspicion when the Indian Home Secretary said the Supreme Court gave arrest warrants quickly. Because the Supreme Court should take a whole day to review the huge list of evidence because the case is so big. Remember, the Home Secretary said he got arrest warrants on Saturday, 21 March. 💁🏻‍♀️

◽Okay, so now the communication channels can finally be opened. The communication team from the Home Ministry needs to meet the IPS  or IAS officers and inform them of all the email lists. The emails will be sent every day to – parliament members including corrupt ministers, state assembly members including corrupt chief ministers, all the corrupt governors, all the state DGPs, all the collectors. There should also be a DL for  all the officers in the Home Ministry, send updates to that one as well. This one would include the corrupt Home Secretary as well. Let the corrupt people receive the updates, we will use it to hold them accountable when the energetic block gets removed. The communication teams can add more if they have more DLs in mind. They made these DLs for emergency situations, and we do have an emergency situation. Good that the police department has been sending updates level by level, instead of sending them directly to the home secretary.

◽This email solution will solve one more problem. When the energetic block is removed, we can use these emails to send updates to the Panchayat (village bodies) level . It will help us take control back from the corrupt news channels when the energetic block is removed. I meant to say collectors can also send emails to all the offices that come under them, down to the Panchayat level. DL means distribution list, it’s also called a domain mailing list. Finally honest politicians will also have solid information. Now honest politicians will have more control, otherwise corrupt ministers have been playing a one-sided game. Ab aayenge na honest politicians maidaan mein, tab se ye log hi akele khel rahe.

◽24 September 2:46 am. I was not able to work because of the confusion spells, so I slept. Now I got an update, the police found the home secretary’s Telegram group.◽1:45 pm. I am not getting clarity if the emails are working or not, because of confusion spells. But I am researching more about how many types of DLs are available.◽25 September. 3:14 pm. I am not getting clarity if emails are working or not. But they will work for sure after the energetic block gets removed. We will use offline communication to take control back from corrupt news channels. Home ministries will send circulars to parliament members, collectors, DGP. Then they will send the same circulars to smaller units. We will print the circulars and put them on the notice boards in all government offices. Gen Z, let’s go old school.

◽26 September. 9:11 am. Emails are working. No energetic block. Yay, union and everyone’s freedom💃🏻◽10:52 am. We will also send emails to all the police stations in the country, and through the defence ministry to the entire army. The next question is how many people can be emailed at once? I am talking about technical capacity, like the server capacity. Do we have anyone from the technical team to help with this. To put the email distribution lists in a database. I was reading about Postfix tool and aliases.◽11:04 am. Okay every distribution list already has aliases. Then we can send emails to all at once. We will have to send emails to smaller units through department heads, because the distribution lists are limited to departments that come under the Home Ministry. But then in those other departments again, we have distribution lists.

◽There is no energetic block in the home ministry sending emails to the DLs in any of the countries. So here’s the plan for all the countries. We can start sending emails now itself. The emergency won’t be on the day when these people are getting arrested, the emergency is bigger now when we are dealing with wars because of them. If we start using email circulars right now, then only we will have a good communication network when the energetic block gets removed. This is like our preparation for the judgement day.

◽The Home Ministry will send emails to different distribution lists. To all the parliament members, Rajya Sabha and Lok Sabha might have two different DLs. That’s total 788 parliament members with at least 10% honest people, so I am assuming 100 honest people. Then to all the governors and all the chief ministers. To all the State parliament members, called MLAs in India. The total number of MLAs in India is 4123, again assuming at least 500 people are honest, it could even be 1000 people, because corruption is more widespread in the central government. Now comes the DL for all the collectors; they are district-level IAS officers. India has total 718 collectors, assuming at least 20% i.e. 150 people are honest. Next, we have central parliament members called MPs, state parliament MLAs, and collectors. These 3 people will send emails to smaller units that come under them. Chances are high that one of the three is honest, so the message from the Home Ministry will reach more people. MPs, MLAs, and collectors can all send emails to the offices that come under them up to the Panchayat level in their constituency. There are DLs that have all the Panchayats and Nagar Palikas. India has 2,68,000 Panchayats and 2006 Nagar Palikas. So out of 2.7 lakh officers, at least 50000 should be honest, which is a very big number. If in a constituency all the 3 senior officers are corrupt, then the Panchayat can depend on a neighbouring Panchayat, and they can also send an email upwards to the collector’s office. The flow is like : Panchayat -> Taluka -> sub division (zilla) -> district. 💁🏻‍♀️ This way the message will reach even more people. We will use both types of communication – from higher to lower level, and from lower to higher level. Smaller unit officers can confirm before sending emails to higher level whether they are getting emails or not. Villages are more connected to each other, you know. There are DLs available for collectors to send emails to all the department HODs in one go, we will use that too. I am talking about departments like the electricity department, water supply department etc.

These circulars can also be printed out and put on display on the notice board, like in the parliament, state parliaments, Collectorate offices, Nagar Palika offices, and Panchayat offices, electricity office etc. Use the notice board that’s close to CCTV otherwise corrupt people will tear it, move the notice board close to CCTV if it’s not that close. Police will also have the same circulars so honest police can charge fines if anyone tears the notices. I don’t know how feasible this idea of using notice boards is going to be, but let’s give it a try. The solution would definitely become more feasible, after the police and the army start arresting the corrupt ministers. Our freedom fighters used to use secret newspapers, because the media was being controlled at that time too. So we are also going to use circulars instead of social media platforms.

◽Next come the defence forces. For the police department. Home ministries will send emails to all the state DGPs, India has 36 states. Since the chances of corruption are higher at higher levels, we also need to send emails to smaller offices. India has around 18500 police stations. We will send emails to all the police stations in the country, the DL is already there. Just in case, if this is too much data causing the server to hang, as some countries are small with lower budgets and small servers. Google said there are DLs for – all the DGPs, and all the DIGs, you can check for ADGPs and IGPs also. These senior officers will send emails to everyone in their team. If the senior officer is corrupt then the junior officer can send an update to higher levels. All the police stations should get an official email update this way. Finally the entire police department will be informed. Again we can put the circulars on notice boards in all the police stations.

◽Next comes the army. The Home Ministry officers are already sending emails to the Defence Ministry. The honest Defence Ministry officers can send emails to all the Defence Ministry officers using DLs. Google also said even the Home Ministry can send emails to the entire Defence Ministry in one go. The Defence Ministry will also send emails to all the senior Army officers. Next comes the Indian Army, which has a strength of 12,00,000. Google said there are DLs to send emails to all the army men. But this might easily cause the system to hang. So we will send emails to higher officers and then they can send emails to smaller units. The smaller-level officers may also not have access to email every day. So we should send emails to the battalion level. Battalions are also called regiments or squadrons in other countries. Language problems, so I am clarifying that I am talking about army officers who lead around 300-1000 army men. In India they are called Lieutenant Colonels, so the Defence Ministry should send emails to the DL for all the Lieutenant Colonels. These officers will then inform the units that come under them – Majors, Captains, Lieutenants, and junior commissioned officers called Subedar Majors. The circulars can also be put on notice boards in the army offices. 💁🏻‍♀️ So finally, the army and police will have official information and clarity. Every police station will have arrest warrants against the dictators, no need to follow their illegal and unlawful orders anymore 💁🏻‍♀️. Police and army will only do what’s legal and lawful.

◽Forgot to add, the district-level department heads will send emails to all the offices that come under them. These are national-level circulars, it’s not like only army and police departments can participate. We have an emergency. If there was a natural disaster like a flood or an earthquake, all departments would get circulars. Right? Everyone can participate. The next point was. Google was saying to always use BCC while emailing; otherwise the server will struggle if everyone uses reply to all. We don’t want the server to hang because we may need it urgently someday. So we will use BCC, but we also want to keep transparency. So Home Ministry, Defence Ministry, and all the department heads, regional offices, everyone should send a separate email mentioning which DLs these daily updates are going to. 💁🏻‍♀️ If you add a new DL someday, send an update about the adding new DLs. Conclusion. Everyone in the world will know the truth and the dictators will also be forced to stop the ongoing wars. They will feel the pressure at least.

Part 2 – 27 September

◽Indian Navy and Air Force strength is not included in the 12,00,000 army strength. Navy/Maritime force has 65000 and the Air Force has 1,40,000 army men. The Defence Ministry will send the emails to the Navy and Air Force also in the same way. The defence ministry will send the arrest warrants to every battalion in the Navy and Air Force. See, the point is, if we try to use word-of-mouth publicity, i.e., everyone sends WhatsApp messages to each other, some people may be missed if we do it for more than 1000 people. So we have to send arrest warrants to the level of officers who don’t have a team of more than 1000. That’s why we will send arrest warrants to officers who are leading 250 to 1000 army personnel. 😊 India has around 4600 IPS officers, DL is available, home ministry can send emails to all of the IPS officers in one go. IPS is like a centralised police department working with state police. We are sending bulk emails, so it’s better to upload the documents in one place and share the link with everyone. IT teams are already aware, I am just telling people who are not techies. After this, I thought of looking at CRPF, because they are the ones dealing with riots, so they should also have the arrest warrants. Turns out CRPF comes under CAPF. CAPF and BSF both come under the Home Ministry, not the Defence Ministry or indian army. They are military forces but focused on border security and internal security in the country. So the Home Ministry can send emails to all the battalions in CAPF and BSF as well. If we are sending emails to these, then we can also send emails to the intelligence, anti terrorism, and anti-corruption departments like CID, RAW, ATS, CBI, ACB. Check whether the Home or Defence Ministry has DLs for senior officers in these departments. There are so many countries, the Home Ministry and Defence Ministry will need to do some homework on their own to see which DLs are available. Interpol can also send the arrest warrants to all the senior officers using DLs or upload them on their portal. Kamal 1 gave me this idea to check for more units in the military system.

◽That was about the governing bodies and defence. Now comes the justice system. I already got this idea but forgot to post it yesterday. There is a DL for the Home Ministry to send emails to all the Supreme Court judges in one go. There is also a DL to send emails to all the High Courts. But the justice system doesn’t come under any ministry, as it’s supposed to be independent. So we can’t send emails to all the legal court judges in the country. But in every High Court, there is an IT admin called a registrar who handles the emailing, they send lists of court cases and schedules to all the judges regularly. So the registrars can forward these emails to all the High Court judges and  subordinate courts that come under the High Court. This way the justice system will also have legal clarity that the ministers are actually dictators. It will be difficult for the corrupt ministers to get overriding court orders. It will also fast-track the court process for the police department, whenever they need to get arrest warrants against rioters, etc. We will send the circulars to all the corrupt Supreme Court judges, so that they don’t feel free to make false statements on TV. 💁🏻‍♀️All countries have 1 Supreme Court, India has 38 Supreme Court judges. India has 25 High Courts with around 1150 High Court judges, and 743 district courts with around 20000 judges. So the circulars will reach a good number of judicial officers. And for the courts where circulars don’t reach, the Anti-Corruption Bureau (ACB) will help police in case of a false court case.◽We don’t care about the hierarchy in the justice system anymore but here it is useful. This is what I was saying, hierarchy is good for making a good system. But justice should be the same in all the courts, higher courts should not control court decisions in lower courts. Do people need to file a police complaint in a bigger police station for better justice? No. It should be the same in the justice system. We don’t need dictatorship in the justice system.

◽We had one more problem, about the Supreme Court being compromised. I already posted in March that even a magistrate court can issue an arrest warrant against the prime minister if he committed a crime. There is no rule about only the Supreme Court having the power to issue arrest warrants against ministers. So the police will get arrest warrants from High Courts. The next problem was redefining the president’s immunity and passing a legal order for the army and police. If the Supreme Court is compromised, then the High Courts should get the power. Let’s say if there was a terrorist attack, and the entire parliament was hijacked with all the country leaders like – prime minister, vice prime minister, president, vice president, Chief Justice of India, and Army Chief, and all the Supreme Court judges being kidnapped. Then who would the police go to for arrest warrants and legal orders? High Courts. It’s so simple, don’t get confused by their stupidity. Google is being stupid when it says a country can’t do anything if the Supreme Court is compromised. New followers, Google is corrupt, it gives scripted search results to hide the dictatorship. If the Supreme Court is compromised then the High Court is definitely eligible to pass orders. And the Supreme Court can’t restrict High Courts, it’s illegal. The Justice system itself needs to be legal and lawful. The rules they wrote in the Constitution are wrong in the first place. We don’t vote and pay taxes to follow a wrong constitution. Even the immunity is wrong, and so is the mindset that the army and police are obligated to follow unlawful orders. We really don’t need to declare these things exclusively, we are just  doing a formality. So that the schizophrenic corrupt police and army don’t feel free to commit crimes 💁🏻‍♀️. High courts won’t be making any new law when they redefine immunity and pass a mandate for the army and police, it’s already a law by default. And any of the 25 High courts can pass the orders, we are not going to power in the hands of only one court again.

◽The collectors can send the circulars to all sorts of departments available in DLs. Electricity dept, water supply dept, passport office, voter ID office, Aadhaar card office, driving licence office etc. Then I thought we can send the circulars to other ministries as well, like the food and health ministry. So I checked home ministry can send emails to how many ministries using DLs. India has total 53 ministries 💁🏻‍♀️. I will come to this later, first let’s focus on the most important ministries. The Ministry of Atomic Energy and Nuclear Power definitely needs updates, because dictators are very eager to use nuclear weapons. Next comes the Information and Broadcasting Ministry. Sending updates to this ministry will help us take control back from corrupt news channels. The Indian government has its own TV channel called Doordarshan (DD). We will be able to take control back of DD1 and DD News at least. We also have state-wise DD channels in regional languages 😁. Google said the I&B ministry can send emails to all Prasar Bharti stations in one go, which includes All India Radio stations and all the DD channels. All India Radio is India’s government radio channel. This is best, if we slowly start broadcasting these news updates on DD News and All India Radio, it will reach everyone. Even to backward areas and to people who can’t afford a smartphone. There are 470+ Akashvani (All India Radio) centers and 65+ Doordarshan Kendra production units. Let’s see how it goes. At least the news readers at DD1 will feel pressured to stop lying on TV. Next comes the Panchayati Raj Ministry. This Ministry may be able to publish circulars to all the 2,70,000 panchayats, but I am not getting much details about DLs here. Panchayati Raj Ministry officers need to do some homework to see how they can send the circulars. I also checked if the Ministry of Law and Justice can send emails to all the legal court judges but it’s not possible. In the future we should add DLs in the Home Ministry for the justice system. The Justice system should be independent, but we should be able to send circulars at least. The Home Ministry can send emails to all 53 ministries using DLs. The Home Ministry will send emails to senior officers in all the ministries. Then the honest senior officers will send emails to all of the officers in that ministry. All the countries can send emails to all of their ministries in the same way. The point of using emails by the Home Ministry is to make the information more trustworthy, all types of departments can participate. That’s all the ideas I had.

Part 3. 29 September

We should not forget the IT department itself. As we are using an electronic mode of communication, the IT department is very important. They should also get the circulars on a daily basis. If we don’t want the servers, software, or systems to be hacked, we need to keep these people on the same page. Home ministries can send emails to the national informatics officers in one-go by using DLs. I was going to say we should make a special team of honest Home Ministry officers, IT team members, and communication team members. Then the communication team will be sending the circulars and Home Ministry officers will only need to approve the emails. But as of now, home ministries don’t even have a communication team, the job is designated to the home ministry officials. We can start making an emergency communication team in the future. For now we will just send updates to the national informatics centre officers. Home ministries also have control rooms, where people can call and confirm if the circular they received is authentic or not. The Home Ministry will also send circulars to all the control room officers through DLs. Give some contact points of honest home ministry officers to the parliament members, state parliament members, and collectors, if they want to report something. Like the honest parliament members who were watching the scripted voting screen in Lok Sabha but were not able to say anything. They can use these contact points to send information through email or control room.

Defence ministry also has a control room. Send the circulars to all the army, CAPF, and BSF Headquarters as well. Indian army has 8 army headquarters and 14 operational corps headquarters, CAPF has 5 headquarters, BSF has 3 big headquarterss and 55 small headquarters. Send emails to all the headquarters, so that the message reaches the non combatant part of the military as well. Dictators keep plotting for wars so all the units of army should stay informed.◽In the police department, DLs are already there for the DGPs, ADGPs, IGPs, and DIGs to send emails to all the police inspectors in their regions. Home ministry also handles intelligence bureau. Intelligence bureau has 25000 employees and 1600 DCIO officers. There is a DL to email all the DCIO officers in the intelligence bureau, and there are also DLs for – all the DD, all the AD, all the JD officers. These senior officers will then inform the juniors.◽The Cybercrime Department should also be informed in the same manner as the police department. Cybercrime Department has 25000 employees with 500 police stations. Home Ministry can send emails using DLs to all the cybercrime police stations, all the DGPs, all the ADGPs, all the IGPs, and all the DIGs. Google is not telling how many SPs are there, check if there is a DL and if it has less than 5000 people then you should obviously send the email. These senior officers will then send emails to their juniors.

◽I found more district-level officers, other than collectors, there are 760 district magistrates, 800 deputy commissioners, and 104 sub-divisional commissioners. Home Ministry has DLs for all the district magistrates and deputy commissioners, and sub-divisional commissioners. The Ministry of Panchayat Raj can’t help much, there are no DLs. The message will have to go through the MPs, MLAs, collectors, district magistrates, and deputy commissioners. All of these officers can send emails to all the Panchayats using DLs. Next I found APMC Mandis, agricultural markets where farmers trade their crops. India has around 7000 APMC mandis. The Ministry of Agriculture can email all the Mandis at once by using DLs. The APMC Mandi inspectors/supervisors will then inform everyone in the mandi. It’s a market, a good place to spread the news, new farmers will come every day. This is how we will reach more villages. Then I thought of Anganwadis, this is even better. India has 14,00,000 Anganwadis. Anganwadi means mother and child care centres run in villages by the government, it comes under the Ministry of Women and Child Development. So 1 block panchayat (taluk) has around 15-30 gram Panchayats and 100-300 Anganwadi centres. Each block has a Child Development Project Officer (CDPO), so these CDPO officers can send emails to all the 15-30 Panchayats that they are handling. There are 7100 CDPO officers, and the Ministry of Agriculture can email all of them at once using DLs. The Anganwadi women can also spread the word in the villages. Kamal 1 said female Avengers join the mission. Then I asked Google what else is common in villages. I found Krishi Vigyan Kendras (agricultural science centres). There are 730 Krishi Vigyan Kendras in India, and they can also send emails to the panchayats. But they don’t always use NIC email, so that’s okay. The agriculture ministry should still send the 730 centres an email, the DL is there. The KVK centers can at least give the message to the public. But if a specific region doesn’t get updates from any of the district officers, they can ask KVK for help.

◽Next comes the Ministry of Power, they can email all the 4800 power plants in India using a DL. The message would obviously spread all across the department, and then to the public. The Ministry of Health can also email all the 26000 government hospitals using DLs. There are separate DLs available for North, South, East, and West I guess. I also checked the Ministry of Environment, Forest and Climate Change i.e. if we can communicate through the Forest Department, and the Ministry of Fisheries, Animal Husbandry & Dairying, but no luck. The Home Ministry can send emails to all the ministries and then all 52 ministries can participate if they have DLs. And don’t worry, all the ministries are allowed to participate. Ministries were formed so that the country runs smoothly 💁🏻‍♀️.◽We needed to send daily updates when the investigation was still going on. Now all of the information can be sent in less than 10 circulars. New circulars will be sent whenever required if dictators do more drama. Now to take arrest warrants we will need a higher officer to submit a PIL in the High Court. If an honest DGP is not available, then we should take an appointment from the High Court after sending them all the circulars. After all the courts get the circulars, everything related to this case will be a PIL by default.
