The home ministry is going to send these circulars to expose dictatorship.

Now comes what to write in the circulars, I am adding it in short. You can be more specific about the dates and months etc. Make changes according to your country’s parliament structure.

1. The first circular should say that there is a dictatorship conspiracy going on in our country and in the whole world. Whatever news you received from honest parliament members since February is correct. We found the prime minister’s Telegram group where parliament members from all parties are added and they plot together. It means there is a one-party conspiracy going on. All democratic countries have found such Telegram groups of their parliament members. We also found a global Telegram group where all the prime ministers or presidents are added, so it’s a worldwide plot. We found the UN and WHO Telegram group as well. Dictators are doing corruption everywhere, it’s all about black money. All the cabinet ministers are always corrupt so that they can do corruption, they don’t let honest politicians reach senior positions. Mention that all countries are communicating through Interpol because corrupt ministers are blocking communication. The foreign secretary didn’t send a report to the UN and lied, add the date of that day. We will be sending more details in the next circulars. All the news channels are corrupt and being controlled by dictators, these circulars are very important. Next you can add the list of all the countries where police are investigating. You have sent all the evidence you found, to the remaining countries where you could, using Interpol, even if the police in those countries don’t have the legal right to start an investigation.

2. Next circular maybe you can add this also in the first circular. How the dictators work and what you found in the Telegram group. Opposition is also a part of the one-party. The Lok Sabha speakers are also corrupt, the parliament is always scripted. They pass scripted bills in parliament, that’s why we don’t have a lot of laws that are necessary, because they never pass the bills. The voting screen in parliament is also scripted many times. There is no one to turn to, prime minister, President, vice president, chief justice, army chief, and Supreme Court judges, home secretary, defence secretary, and foreign secretary are all corrupt. They have put the country in a deadlock by subverting the constitution, but we found workaround solutions. We do have some honest parliament members. The plan is – police and army will arrest the corrupt ministers and then the honest ministers will form a coalition government in the centre and also in all the states, and then we will hold by-elections for the empty seats in parliament. Everyone must vote. At this time, only the power of the people can stop the dictatorship. The police and the army are working day and night to keep you safe, please cooperate and give us your support.

3. Next circular. Add how you found the Telegram group. Shashi Tharoor proposed a new law about marital rape in the parliament on 5 December and it started a controversy as a lot of men were not in favour of the law. The public was questioning Shashi Tharoor for killing his wife Sunanda Pushkar, so we started working on the unsolved murder case again. It was a big case as the AIIMS doctors said Sunanda Pushkar died of radioactive poisoning. The mention of polonium made it an international case. We found a Telegram group of corrupt police officers who were working on this case in 2014. We also found a Telegram group of corrupt news channels because they broadcast the news very fast on the night of the murder. We found Sunanda’s muder video, mentioning exactly who killed Sunanda, by putting cyanide in food. They don’t have any polonium poison. Then we found that some ministers had hired the corrupt police and news channels. By this time, it was February and corrupt ministers started trying to dissolve the parliament. Now we were sure it was a political conspiracy, so we finally started investigating the corrupt ministers’ social media. That’s how we found the one-party Telegram group. After India gathered strong evidence, other countries also started looking for Telegram groups in April. Communication through Interpol started in which month.◽The corrupt ministers like to start riots by using protests on political matters or religious issues. Modi plotted the Jantar Mantar riot on 20 July, and the gherao plots and all the youth party protests in February. Modi has also been trying to dissolve the parliament since February so that he can announce an emergency. We also found Dawood Ibrahim’s Telegram group and his connection to terrorist organisations. The 26/11 attack in Mumbai was planned by our own ministers. Dawood is hiding in Pakistan. Add more if you have evidence about any other terrorist attacks, and the name of terrorist organisations. We found a lot of gun smuggling rackets from UP and Bihar while investigating the Telegram groups – in Kolkata and Kerala (add the list of the gun smuggling rackets you found in which months.) Modi was also plotting to do shootouts all over India, the corrupt ministers are also criminals. We have given details about each crime racket to that city’s police station.

4. Next circular. You can add details like that all the prime ministers since 1947 have been corrupt. The dictatorship conspiracy has been going on since 1945, it started after world war 2. The five winning countries thought of acquiring the globe but secretly. But off-paper acquisition is illegal, we just have to get rid of the corruption. We found messages about them confessing that the dictatorship has really been going on since 1945. It means Hiroshima and Nagasaki were nuclear tests on humans. All the wars in the world are proxy wars between the US, the UK, France vs Russia and China. Because the US and Russia dictators are competing with each other to be the next superpower. We hope that after the dictatorship ends, all the wars will stop. The dictators are mentally unstable, they know how much evidence we have, but they don’t want to surrender even after being exposed. We tried to get arrest warrants in this specific month, but the Home Secretary lied to us that he went to the Supreme Court and got the arrest warrants against the dictators on this date. That’s how we figured out that all the Supreme Court judges are also corrupt, now we will go to the High Court to get arrest warrants. We were using word-of-mouth publicity, and the Indian Home Secretary was sending these updates to the Indian governors and then to the Parliament members. But the governors lied about the arrest warrants, it means all the governors are always corrupt, and hence Chief Ministers are also always corrupt. We found the home secretary’s telegram group where he was plotting with the home minister and so-and-so people to lie about the arrest warrants. We are working on identifying all the people in the Telegram groups, we have already identified this number of people.

5. Next circular. All the countries will add the list of their corrupt ministers. Mention the names of the PM, president, Chief Justice, army chiefs, previous prime ministers, how many cabinet ministers, and how many chief ministers you have already identified. Add the names of all big ministers. Add the names of one person from each corrupt political family, and add that everyone in these political families is corrupt. This will save you time. Add the point that when Bollywood stars join politics they are usually corrupt, you found Amitabh Bachchan in the Telegram group. Mention if you identified more accounts then Dharmendra, Shatrughan Sinha, Javed Akhtar, CM Vijay. Explicitly add the name of Shashi Tharoor, saying we have evidence he didn’t kill his wife and he was framed, but he is also corrupt and present in these Telegram groups.

6. Next circular. We also found Telegram groups where corrupt election commission officers sell election seats. The problem was not in the EVMs, it’s the election results that are displayed on the ECI website. Add Nitin Nabin’s name, he was buying election seats, that’s how BJP won in West Bengal. We also found the Telegram groups the paper leak racket uses, it’s the corrupt ministers who have been leaking all the papers. All the students and aspirants can now relax, police have cracked the case. We request the students to not join any of the Cockroach Janta Party protests, because corrupt ministers are hiring rioters to join the protest. We want students to stay safe, please don’t get influenced to join the riots. We are going to arrest all the Cockroach Janta Party members, as we have evidence. We found Telegram groups where they plotted to make scripted videos to frame the honest police department. There were also some corrupt police officers that day, sent by corrupt ministers. We found this senior police officer’s Telegram group where all the corrupt police was added. It was corrupt ministers sponsoring the food for the CJP, the food wasn’t sent by the public. While investigating the paper leak racket, we found payment details, which led us to the banks where these corrupt ministers put the money. Expose the names of the corrupt banks you found. The anti-corruption department is working with us, they will conduct raids at these banks and bring all the black money back to the government. Currently we are working to solve the LPU protest plot. Add whatever progress you have made.

7. Next circular. Honest officers from all the departments are working on the dictatorship case. All countries can add their respective departments. The police department, army, cybercrime department, intelligence departments, anti-corruption departments, anti terrorism departments. These circular emails are going to : 1. Governing bodies – all the parliament members, state assembly members, chief ministers and governors, district collectors, district magistrates, deputy commissioners, and sub divisional commissioners. These senior officers need to forward the circulars to all the Panchayat offices, Nagar Palika offices, and HODs of all the departments in their constituencies. 2. All the ministries. We understand some district-level officers will be corrupt, but reaching the villages is important. So we are sending emails to all the senior officers in all 53 ministries in India. We request all the ministries to forward the circulars wherever they can. We request the Ministry of Women and Child Development to send the emails to all the Anganwadi CDPO officers. The Ministry of Agriculture needs to send the circulars to all the APMC Mandis and Krishi Vigyan Kendras. This will help us reach more villages. The Ministry of Power needs to send the circulars to all the power plants and the Ministry of Health needs to send the circulars to all the government hospitals. The Ministry of communication needs to send the circular to all the BSNL exchanges. 3. Doordarshan and Radio stations – We are also sending the circulars to the Information and Broadcasting Ministry, The I&B ministry needs to send emails to all Prasar Bharti stations, including All India Radio stations and all the Doordarshan channels. We hope we will slowly be able to take control of news channels back from dictators. 4. Justice system – We are also sending the emails to all the Supreme Court judges and all the High Court judges. We request the High Court registrars to send the emails to all the High Court judges and to all the subordinate courts under each High Court. 5. These emails are also going to all the police stations and all the senior police officers like DGP, ADGP, IGP, DIGs, these senior officers have to forward the circulars to all the inspectors. These emails are going to all the Army headquarters, from all the senior officers to all the battalion-level army officers in the Indian Army, Air Force, and Navy. These senior officers need to send the circulars to everyone in their battalion. The circulars are also being sent from all the senior officers to all the battalion-level officers in armed police – CAPF and BSF. We are sending the circulars to the control rooms in the Home Ministry and the Defence Ministry. We are also sending the emails to all the respective departments mentioned above like – cybercrime department, CID, CBI, ACB, ATS, NIA, and RAW. Senior officers from all these departments need to forward the circulars to their juniors. If the circulars still don’t reach a region, it means the senior officers are corrupt. We request all the government officers who receive the circulars to spread the word to the public. All the citizens should be aware of the situation.

8. Some more cases we solved.◽In December, CID and CBI found big city Telegram groups where all the corrupt police are added – Bangalore, Kolkata, Delhi, Mumbai, Kerala etc. Sometimes entire police stations are corrupt, it’s happening because of the corrupt ministers. They hire corrupt police and gangsters. Kengeri and RR Nagar police stations in Bangalore were entirely corrupt. (Now some of the police officers have been transferred, if so).◽When Shashi Tharoor’s convoy was attacked in Kerala, it was scripted. Suvendu Adhikari’s PA Chandranath Rath’s murder was plotted by BJP ministers. In both cases we found corrupt police, gangsters, and gun smuggling rackets. Mention the state from where all the 5-6 gun smuggling rackets are.◽Mumbai police solved Bollywood actress Jiah Khan’s murder case from 2013, we found a murder video. This murder was also plotted by corrupt ministers, Amitabh Bachchan was added to this Telegram group. The murder was done by cyanide poisoning, and then the murderer hung the body to make it look like a suicide. Pune police solved Ketan Agarwal’s murder case, by finding a Telegram group. Siya Goyal is no more, their own families killed them by giving them cyanide in food. The Siya you see on TV is a duplicate, this is how corrupt the news channels are. Corrupt ministers were found to be involved in this murder as well. The forensic doctors were corrupt in all the cases.◽The investigation started in India by the CBI, and now anti-corruption departments all over the world are investigating the entire hotel industry for corruption, because all the hotels have fluctuating online prices. We hope that after sending this circular, corruption will reduce in the hotel industry, and hotels will be safer for girls.

This part is only for the Indian circular.◽FabHotels and Yatra.com are corrupt companies. Their CEOs are also corrupt, they were harassing a girl named Divya Gupta with the help of the corrupt Kengeri police station. The FIR was filed by the girl after she stayed at Hotel Panchami Comforts, RR Nagar, Bangalore. The same Bangalore blogger Divya Gupta also reported harassment by Uniworld Serviced Apartments in Electronic City Bangalore and we found evidence against the CEO Kush Shah and a corrupt Electronic City police sub-inspector. Uniworld company is also corrupt and a fraud.◽We also found a group of jabariya wedding rackets spread all over North India. Priyanka Rakshit (Instagram ID priyankarakshitofficial) is their gang leader and a most wanted criminal. She made a plan to carry out shootouts all over India with this crime racket to start a world war. We also found two gun smuggling rackets connected to this gang. Priyanka also kidnapped, raped, and killed her ex-fiancé (name) by shooting him with a gun in Kolkata on 17 January 2017. We found a WhatsApp group of the criminal gang and it also had a kidnapping video. Priyanka Rakshit’s family and her so-called in-laws, the Vyas family, are all a part of the racket. Both families are con artists, they are from Bihar but migrated to Rajasthan and West Bengal in the 1970s to run jabariya wedding rackets. They also run prostitution and witchcraft businesses. They are Bedia caste Muslims, most of the jabariya wedding rackets are run by this caste. Only one guy Kamal Vyas (Instagram ID kamalvyasofficial) is innocent, he is a victim of the jabariya wedding racket. He never married Priyanka and they don’t have a child, Priyanka has never been pregnant. Kamal’s family wants to kill him because he has 70 crores of wealth. This FIR Number was filed by the same girl Divya Gupta (Instagram ID prettysmarttechie) who is Kamal’s real fiancée. Because Priyanka has been doing illogical social media court cases against Divya since May 2022. It’s a cybercrime, Priyanka wanted to do hidden crimes to kill Divya and Kamal. Priyanka’s social media court case and FIR are false, police have a long list of evidence against her. Everything Divya posted about her relationship with Kamal is true. Divya and Kamal have been in a relationship since 19 January 2020, and their relationship status was public to everyone. But Priyanka raped Kamal on 9 June 2020 and kept raping him. When he finally started avoiding Priyanka she faked a pregnancy on 21 July 2020 to force a marriage, she was planning to have a jabariya wedding on 18 October 2020. But Kamal and Divya exposed Priyanka before it in September 2020, Priyanka still continued to plot and tried to have a jabariya wedding on 5 March 2021. Police have statements from eyewitnesses and a wedding cancellation video that proves Kamal still didn’t marry Priyanka. Priyanka Rakshit and everyone posted photos that were taken before the wedding cancellation. Even if Kamal did not cancel the wedding, the marriage wasn’t going to be legal because Priyanka didn’t want to do real rituals. Priyanka put Sindoor, mangalsutra, Varmala, everything on her own for the sake of photos, this is how jabariya weddings usually happen. Kamal never took dowry, in fact Priyanka’s parents sold her to Kamal’s parents for (5 lakhs). Kamal also got an annulment on 29 June 2021, we have the annulment papers. The case number was xxxxxxx in this court by this judge. After this Kamal had a memory loss on 10 July 2021, so Priyanka used it to alter his reality by telling him lies that they are still married. Kamal got a second divorce on 17 June 2024 with a restraining order, the divorce case number was xxxxxx in this court by this judge. But Priyanka is not leaving him alone and she keeps plotting to kill him. Priyanka is a golddigger, she keeps stealing Kamal’s money, he doesn’t need to give her alimony. We have evidence that Priyanka and both families keep doing black magick on Kamal and Divya, so Divya is right about the need to make new laws to stop black magick. Priyanka is a prostitute but keeps harassing Divya by calling her a prostitute without any evidence, even if Priyanka knows Divya is not a prostitute. Priyanka’s social media is completely scripted to hide her double life. She also keeps hacking Kamal’s social media accounts and blackmailing him to make scripted posts. Priyanka also keeps making false accusations that Kamal raped her, but we have evidence that every time it was Priyanka who raped Kamal. This is a unique case where a woman rapes men, she is a serial rapist. She attempted to rape a boy named (name) in her school in 11th class in this year, police met the victim and took his statement and also found Priyanka’s confession in WhatsApp messages. Priyanka was diagnosed by a psychiatrist after this incident, and she was declared mentally unstable, and the psychiatrist suggested putting her in a mental asylum because she is not capable of living a normal life. So Priyanka’s accusations about Divya and Kamal being mentally unstable are false. It’s Priyanka, not Divya, who is in an imaginary marriage with Kamal. Priyanka didn’t give a clear statement in her FIR and now she keeps changing it. She keeps lying and telling supernatural stories that Divya made a clone earth by doing black magick. We have evidence about the supernatural story plot in Telegram messages, criminals want to get rid of their crimes by saying their clones did the crimes. It’s Priyanka who believes in supernatural magic, not Divya. When Kamal had a memory loss in 2021, Priyanka thought it was because of her memory loss spells. Magistrate (name) from this court closed Priyanka’s false FIR against Divya on 30 November 2025. Priyanka wanted to use this false FIR to frame Kamal and Divya, and then poison, kidnap, or shoot them with a gun. Priyanka also hired corrupt RR Nagar police officers to do a staged encounter, the case about corrupt police officers has been handed over to the CID.
