It does take a lot of hard work, being an entrepreneur is never easy. There’s no such thing as free time for me. I am always working. Deep thinking to decide what I want to post next, planning, posting, maintaining multiple social media platforms, doing SEO, client work, managing so many people as a leader, while dealing with haters most of the time as you know. I won’t say networking because I do not network for any motives, I just like helping people and that also takes me time. Always working on my healing so that I can learn more and teach more, meditation, connecting with spirit guides. I am an empath so I also need to put daily efforts to take care of my energy, otherwise negative people can easily influence it. Everyday I have to give guidance to my Twinflame, continuous SRTs, and dealing with the Karmic as well. It’s a lot to handle.
After I filed papers in the first company, I was doing better everyday, but I had the stress about finding a job again. When I took a month’s break, I was doing better. When I joined the next job, I was excited to finally start the working again. But that year I lost a lot of friendships, it was some 25-30 friends that I cut off. And if you include normal friends, work colleagues and old work colleagues, the count had was 60.
First month in that job was fine. I had also learnt to manage energetic boundaries with toxic people. Whatever happened in 2018, gave me clarity that I’m an empath and I need to learn how to set boundaries. But soon they started bullying me. And then I started feeling the depression again. It was a different issue but everything reminded me of the past, that I was trying to get away from. Everyday I used to ask myself why are these people jealous of me? I have nothing left, my love is gone, then the humiliation that I faced with harassment. Everyday coming back from office, all I could think about was the last year. I had so much anxiety that I was hiding. All the time I would keep shrinking inside and no one would even get a clue. I had slowly started hating the city. Big cities and selfish people. Generally, people block their heart chakra after heartbreak in romantic relationships, but mine got blocked because of the harassment.
I don’t know which part of it people don’t get when I say, we are the same soul. We both know what’s written in the destiny. No matter who came between us or before or after, I am his destiny and he is my destiny. It’s my God-given right, that’s the truth and a spiritual boundary that everyone should understand. We are Twinflames and Twinflame connection is a spiritual marriage for eternity. This is the first lesson that every Twinflame couple is here to teach the world. Everything that happens in 3D is an illusion, only love is real. Why do you think all the Twinflames have their soul contracts designed in a way that it’s unconventional according to society’s current norms. We have been together for eternity, for I don’t even know if I should say a thousand years or million years, I think light-years would be perfect. He is mine and will be mine forever, no matter how far we wander on earth. I don’t want to give a chance to anyone else, because I already know the result, that connection will end soon because my destiny is written with my Twinflame. It’s a wise decision. I don’t want to waste anyone’s time. Otherwise people would accuse my Twinflame that he is stealing me from my karmic by using his looks.
First of all, I want everyone to understand that me and my Twinflame both have been facing Narcissistic abuse from people who don’t want us to be together. Generally, spiritual people, psychics and tarot readers like to use the word “Karmic” for Narcissists and Narcissistic people. You do have Karma with Karmics but it doesn’t mean they are not abusive. In our case, the third party Karmic is a full-blown Narcissist with Psychopathic tendencies. We both have been abused in all ways possible, scapegoated, talked about, by these abusers so that we will both give up on each other and this Twinflame connection. They try to create trust issues between us. Your Twinflame never intends to hurt you, unless they are manipulated by others. Every tower moment is brought because of these Karmics, their lies and manipulation. But spirit makes sure to use every tower in the favour of Twinflame connection.
Anyone who thinks, in a third party situation, DF chases DM. They are wrong. Runners run into the third party situations and Karmics chase DM, not the DF. It’s all rumours. Because in my case, I go towards my DM every time to school him, with my Queen of swords mode that every DM is scared of. Do hell with chasing😂😂 It’s because all DF’s know intuitively what their DM thinks and feels for them, we don’t need validation from our DM about it.
So I have been posting about how starseeds make soul contracts to be abused or struggle for first half of their life. Because to overcome it, they have to heal themselves and do shadow work. This way they become healers and explore their innate gifts and later they can teach about healing techniques and shadow work to others, second half of their life.
I have also been posting about how universe uses karma to temper stubborn people who resist change and awakening, to make surrender to healing and inner work and ascension.
But honestly I do not think it was my karma at all, even in past. Otherwise those people won’t be getting any of their karma back right.
You are a human and it comes with certain limitations. You can’t be that perfect because life is not perfect, it keeps changing, and so do you. Stop trying to be everything to everyone. Choose yourself.
Don’t allow people when they to try make a god out of you. You are a human. When they keep abusing you but keep expecting tolerance for the name of forgiveness. You can not keep sacrificing your happiness for their temporary ego satisfaction.
And for the facts, those wounded people are not going to feel true happiness anyway, until they choose to self reflect and heal. So don’t sacrifice yourself for nothing.
Even if you made a few mistakes, may be the only mistake of committing to the wrong person. You are just a human. Sometimes you are going to make mistakes, sometimes you are going to hurt some people. And that’s okay.
The great awakening is going to bring in the new earth. How will the new earth look like?
More & more people will start living in 5D vibration. More & more will be healed and awakened. More authenticity, more integrity, more Spirituality. With the new earth, people will become more conscious of their actions and decisions.
Right now, people have to hide their Spirituality, it’s like everyone is hiding from others, not knowing they all believe in it.
Be the way you want to be and let everyone else also be the way they want to be. Let go of all the expectations you have from yourself and others.
This is true on the terms of expectations. But not when it comes to personal boundaries, always be thoughtful that your excuse for being yourself is not harming someone else’s space. Be respectful to others.
It’s time to get serious in life, to find that #determination for yourself.
If you want to be successful in your career, you need to work hard to achieve your #goals. You need to work on your mental health, you need to heal your past wounds, you need to make amends with people in your life and have a work-life balance. Every great person was made out of these qualities.
When someone is in depression, the first thing they need to do is get their physical health in good condition. Physical and mental health are related to each other. Here I want to talk about some common things, adding negative effects of alcohol and the importance of going for the therapy.
You need to leave any type of alcohol, drugs or addictions.
Have a healthy sleep pattern, listen to calming music.
Start exercising, meditating, meditation can also help you with grief.
Avoid unhealthy eating habits like too much sugar, too much oil. Hormones which affect feelings of happiness and sadness, go into balance because of depression, and when you don’t eat right it further increases the problem. You can start having an issue like diabetes, thyroid, which further causes hormonal imbalances and that’s how depression becomes a difficult ailment to deal with.
Make a gratitude list every day, this helps you stop feeling as if life’s no good.
Have daily positive affirmations about yourself.
Talk to a friend, share your issues with your family. I know some people are actually insensitive enough to not understand your condition and that’s what scares you. But it doesn’t mean there are no people who know what listening to shame means. Learn to talk to the right people about your problems.
Journaling, write down your thoughts every day. Once it’s out on paper, it’s out of your mind too. You don’t have to think the same thing over and over again.
Get fresh air, travel, take a vacation for yourself, sometimes watch refreshing movies, relax.
Have some hobbies to keep yourself busy and relaxed, or do something you love to make yourself happy.
Focus on self-care and self-love.
When you are in depression, you can lose a sense of boundaries, some people become exploitative and some become suppressed. So have a clear mind about what behaviours you want to have and what behaviours you don’t.
Get a regular health check if possible, sometimes multivitamins can help. When I started changing my eating habits, my body was resisting so having multivitamins only for 20 days helped me a lot. I could feel the difference in my health.
Don’t try to escape your problems, with too much work, too much alcohol, too much gaming, too much dating, too many movies, too many desserts, toxic positivity etc.
Last but not least, get a therapist. Therapy really helps you identify your issues and work through them. A listening counsellor can actually help you with your shadow work. You do not need to worry about how they will treat you, it’s a therapist’s job to make you feel comfortable to talk about your problems. They do it gradually over sessions, slowly trying to help you see your problems, just like peeling layers of an Onion, one by one.
In psychology, there is a term “transference”. When you talk to a therapist, even surround yourself with wise people. You learn emotionally healthy behaviours, setting boundaries and decision making through how they deal with their problems. That’s why getting therapy always works. You learn a lot of rational thinking behaviours from your therapist too. Choose a good therapist, you can easily search online and find a therapist with good ratings. A right therapist will try their best to not put you on unnecessary medicines.
Some people are unaware but depressed for their whole life, because they were never taught – how to regulate their emotions and thoughts. May be these facts will help you understand the importance of having good emotional intelligence.
