Lettuce Salad Recipe

⭐Today I made this lettuce salad by myself at home. It cost me one-third price compared to what I ordered online. I have fresh vegetables that I can use for 3 days, I get to eat this salad once every day, that too in double quantity compared to restaurants. I don’t mind eating salad for 3 days in a row, because this will help me lose so much weight.

Recipe:-
I added vegetables like lettuce, cherry tomato, English cucumber, broccoli and apple. I always use one whole apple because an apple a day keeps the doctor away. I also added fresh feta cheese that I ordered online. Add salt to taste.

⭐For salad dressing, I just mixed olive oil and fresh lemon juice in equal proportions. This salad dressing goes with everything, if you don’t have a variety of ingredients available to make the salad dressing, always use this one. Adding olive oil to salads helps you absorb all the nutrients in a better way.

I love to eat lettuce but it wasn’t available in my small town, I even tried to grow lettuce plants in the garden at home. But every time I ordered online from Amazon, I got fake seeds. I would put so much effort into gardening and then the plant would grow out to be nothing. It was such a disappointment, I stopped gardening after trying twice. Finally, I can eat fresh lettuce as I am in Bangalore.

I ordered all the vegetables and feta cheese from @bigbasketcom app, everything was fresh and healthy. I also had bread with the salad, their multi-grain artisan bread is really nice, it’s a must-try.

This salad tastes really good, make your own salad and enjoy. 😋 I have now settled in Bangalore so I thought of preparing my own meals.
