What I eat in a day – Part 1

This is what I had for lunch today. Veg cheese sandwich and detox juice from @32degreeblr


⭐Detox juices and smoothies are really good for your health, immunity and also weight loss. You can make them at home or order online if you are living in a PG like me. I used to make spinach smoothies whenever I went to my hometown for vacation, you can find that recipe on my WordPress here

32 Degrees uses fresh and good quality ingredients, that’s why I order from them often. You can also customise the detox juice according to the fruits you like.

Last time I tried a combination of Apple, beetroot, pomegranate and lime, which significantly improved my gut health on the same day.

Today I chose a combination of Apple, carrot, cucumber, mosambi (sweet lemon) and pomegranate, because this adds all the colours to my diet.⭐Adding fruits and vegetables in different colours makes your diet healthy, because it incorporates all types of nutrients.

Even the sandwich was freshly prepared with fresh vegetables, it was full of veggies, not cheese. It had 3 layers of bread. If you want to eat light, this is a perfect fulfilling lunch.
