One of my oldest writes. 18 May 2018. Triggered quite a lot of people that time, though I didn’t realise then that they are fake.

How to recognise toxic friends? That friend who puts a status when you share your failure with them and gets competitive at your success. Who always talk about your not-so-good moments to others and rarely your qualities. People who always find something to blame you for or always make you feel invalidated. Who are probably never there for you, but you are always, no reciprocity. Friends who get jealous, compare your life with theirs, criticize you, discourage you when you talk about your dreams. Definitely wrong types of friends.

I filtered people in my life for quite a good amount of time, say 2 years and I know how healthy friendship feels like. Unhealthy friendship is one of those things that you don’t realise until you experience something better.

Why is it important to cut toxic people out of life? You become like the 5 closest people in your life, so you need to stay away from misery. If you are investing your time in the wrong people, you will have less time for the right people. The right people are those who will always work on themselves & all the issues, to meet you halfway in any kind of relationship. Friendship is an important one, because this is the only relation we get to choose completely by ourselves.

It takes a lot of courage to cut contacts with people, but once you are through the process, you will feel more loved, excited about life & end up thanking yourself for doing it, loving yourself more.

I literally started with feeling guilty of giving up on people, but now I am proud of my decisions. But what if I didn’t give up on them? What if I gave up on myself??

So give yourself permission to become your truest authentic self. Your journey starts with choosing people who align with it.

Learn to give yourself Permission

Do you feel that people will not allow you to be your best version? It’s just a self limiting belief, a mental block and a subtle example of victim consciousness.

I have been through this too, I was scared if people will be able to accept me being my best version or not. Now I realise I was actually scared of myself, because I had never been the great person that I had the potential to become.

If you think people will not let you live your best life, probably you have too many toxic people in your life & you might need to start removing them from your life. Because they might want you to be stuck with them in misery when they see you growing. Learn to give yourself priority and set boundaries straight with them.

For the bigger picture, the whole world, everywhere on this planet earth, everything operates on two things – control & fear. If you are going to wait for people to give you permission to become free, fearless and authentic. That’s never going to happen for real, so it’s only you who can give yourself permission to be your best, no one else can. Learn to give yourself permission. Don’t wait for people to validate you, just do it.

People who love you truly, will appreciate the change. Most likely everyone is going to love you more than you expected. Toxic people will start seeing what God has ordained on your life & leave you alone. You will also get a chance to let go of what doesn’t serve you anymore, by looking at people who don’t like the change in you.

When you become your authentic self, every aspect of your life, all your relationships will transform for good.

Don’t Betray Yourself

There’s this thing called self-deception, which means self-betrayal.

Some people are going to betray you, sometimes life is going to betray you. But when you start betraying yourself, you also betray people who truly care for you. This brings hell lot of betrayal, so always be careful to not betray yourself.

To betray yourself means to not listen to your own intuition, to self-sabotage and to not let yourself move towards happiness, to give yourself excuses to stay in toxic situations with wrong people. Basically, you remove yourself from moving towards your own true happiness.

Always be true to yourself, that makes your soul happy. It’s your choice if you want to sacrifice or not, but always know the right reason why you are doing it. Because it may not take long until you realise your mistake.

When you love yourself completely, you are always ready to take a leap of faith towards your own happiness. This is a part of self-love to be truly authentic and true to yourself.

Everytime you think you found someone who you can love more than yourself, they will prove you wrong.

Self-love

Noone in this world deserves your love more than you do. It’s only you who is going to stick up with yourselves for the whole life.

People will come and go, they will change, change their priorities, all that will remain is your relationship with yourself.

Always be true to yourself, never hide what you feel, because it’s worth it. You are worthy to feel how you want to, to live how you want to, to be how you want to.

Truth is more powerful than time. Time works out in a way that the truth reveals itself.

Always speak your truth and own it. People who do not face what you face, live what you live, are not equipped to tell you about yourself.

When you finally find who you are, never let anyone walk you out of it about their definition of you. People can be entitled to their version of you, but it does not mean you have to make it your reality. You do you.

Love yourself first.

Goutam budhdha says you are never going to find anyone who is much deserving of your love more than yourself.Oprah says your cup needs to be full so that you can go and fill other people’s cup.

Love all parts of yourself. The good the bad, the beautiful, the ugly, the right, the wrong, the fool, the wise, the weak, the strong and everything. All the mistakes, resentments, pain, everything belongs to you, it’s all you. Learn to see yourself as the whole and accept it.

Healing starts from self acceptance.
Self-reflection works two ways. If it was something wrong that happened to you, love yourself more to overcome the pain. And if it was something that you did wrong, forgive yourself and liberate yourself from the pain.

Before you want someone else to love you completely, why don’t you love yourself?

Irrespective of the situation be whatever it is, you take care of your own happiness.Irrespective of whatever problems going on.. you own your mental, psychological & emotional space. And you allow noone into that space to create a mess.

Remember when Maya Angelou says -“keep a place in your heart, that is pristine and clean no matter what, that nobody can touch” and Oprah agrees to it as the best advice she has ever got.

You Deserve Everything

This is a abundance block that most people have.

I have been a giver my whole life and then even after awakening I was still feeling overwhelmed for what this universe has given me, the gifts, the lovely people, the blessings, the happiness and everything. I was burdening myself with a sense of keep doing something constantly so that I can pay back to this world. Which I am still going to do, I still have a sense of purpose because it makes me myself, but I have now realised everyone’s first purpose is to live life to the fullest.

Any God that you believe in, it answers your prayers, it gives you love, hope, happiness regardless. You just need to be you, your authentic self and you don’t have to pay back to him for what you have received. You got it because you already deserve it.

It took me years to realise that I deserve respect, I deserve love, I deserve to be me, I deserved to be happy, I deserve to have right people and relationships in my life, I deserve success, I deserve appreciation, I deserve everything. And then it took a moment of spiritual realisation to know that whatever I deserve, I deserve it by just being me, I don’t have to have a sense burden to pay back to the world.

So every human being, deserves everything. Love to be the most. Everyone deserves it. Stop feeling unloved, non-deserving, un-lovable, people who love you, they love for who you are. Stop trying to make people stay in your life by keep giving, those who love you will anyway stay. You are enough, just by being yourself.

You are life, a being of love and you deserve love.
Be open to receiving love.

Everyday that I am building a new life for myself, breaking the norms, reaching self-fulfillment, I meet people who don’t believe in me. But guess what, I don’t care anymore. Because I know how stepping into my power makes me feel like.

People who don’t have faith, teach you to not have faith.
People who don’t feel confident, teach you to not be confident.
People who aren’t true to themselves, don’t want you to be truthful.
People who can’t shine on their own, don’t want you to shine.
People who don’t know how to trust, teach you to not trust.
People who are insecure inside, try to make you feel insecure.
People who don’t know how to Love, teach you not to love.
People who don’t have a pure heart, teach you to not have one.
People who are not kind, teach you to not be kind.
People who don’t have a life, don’t want you to have one.
People who feel powerless, teach you not to feel in your power.
People who don’t know how to take a stand, teach you to not have a stand.

People do it because they don’t know any better. But I am a way shower and if I get stuck, then who’s gonna do it. So I’m gonna do it anyway. My life’s purpose for this lifetime is to live my authentic self and I will do it no matter what.

People feel I am soft so they can throw their shit stuff on me, but they make one mistake when they forget that I am a mixture of all things including inner power. I don’t step down to any of my haters’ level, I just do me.
