I often order Veg Alfredo Pasta from @trufflesbangaloreofficial . It’s the best pasta with a creamy sauce and a good amount of fresh veggies.

⭐ @wowmomos serve the best thukpa I have tried in Bangalore till now. It’s a simple recipe with perfectly cooked noodles, fresh veggies, and a very simple but authentic taste. These soupy noodles help so much when you have a cold. Their pan-fried Darjeeling momos in tomato garlic sauce are delicious.

After their multigrain khichdi, I tried Quinoa khichdi from @the_eatfit , this one is also a nice healthy food option.

@box8_official has some amazing North Indian meal combos. Their Banarasi Dum Aloo thali has the perfect quantity for one person, everything tastes good, crispy triangle Parathas, and they also give salad with mint & curd chutney 😋. The food is less oily and spicy. The only thing was, that Dum Aloo had unpeeled potatoes, otherwise, everything was healthy and hygienic.

I posted less today because I needed a break, I got bored of the routine and giving time to everyone except myself, and my health has also been low since yesterday. I also did some shopping for self-care, I ordered from @mcaffeineofficial , they have a buy 3 at 899 sale going on.

I have been regularly using their Coffee body wash and coffee scrub which I needed to refill and I got a face oil/serum for free.⭐I love to use different fragrances in body wash, it takes away the laziness when it comes to taking a bath 😂.

What I eat in a day – Part 4

⭐This time I made the salad with a different combination of vegetables. Cherry tomatoes, cucumber, bell peppers, apple for sweetness, kale and pak choi for the greens. I used the same dressing made of lemon juice and olive oil.


Kale, pak choi or any other leafy greens are good for immunity. The taste was also good.

I used fresh vegetables from @bigbasketcom . They also give a combo of a few vegetables to be used for salad, I ordered a combo of cherry tomatoes, baby cucumbers and bell peppers.

⭐This week I tried Miso soup for the first time, I ordered it from @auntie.fungs from @swiggyindia . The taste of Miso was warm and hearty as everyone says, but I did feel like adding Maggi masala to it. 😅 They use whole wheat noodles, tofu and fresh vegetables, so it was overall a healthy meal.

I also found the multi-grain khichdi from @the_eatfit to be really healthy. It had rice, bajra, black chana, lentils, cooked in ghee and they also served it with gudh (jaggery). The quantity was a bit less for one person, compared to other restaurants. You should order one more dish if you are really hungry, but it was worth the price.

⭐I also use almond milk from @sogoodindia and soya milk from SoFit these days, as I need more nutrition after being burnt out for so long. Almond milk can be really heavy so I usually mix with it cow milk. Soya milk is not that heavy, go for the unsweetened one or vanilla if you need it to be sweet.

Lettuce Salad Recipe

⭐Today I made this lettuce salad by myself at home. It cost me one-third price compared to what I ordered online. I have fresh vegetables that I can use for 3 days, I get to eat this salad once every day, that too in double quantity compared to restaurants. I don’t mind eating salad for 3 days in a row, because this will help me lose so much weight.

Homemade French Fries

Recipe:

🥔Peel and🔪 cut potatoes.

🌊Wash 2-3 times with water to remove the starch.

🧂soak in Saltwater for 7-10 minutes.

🍠Remove water, dap with tissue paper to remove excess water.

🍳Fry the potatoes and it’s ready.

🍟 Serve it with salt, peri-peri, mayonnaise or ketchup as you like.

Stewed Apples – SoulFood

Stewed Apples with clove and cinnamon/cinnamon powder. & I just figured out you can add dry fruits like almonds, walnuts or berries to it. You can also have it with overnight oats. I hand-crushed the almonds with a knife.

You can always trust an empath when it comes to soul food. Having this as the first thing in the morning keeps me in good energy all day. It’s healthy and it’s vegan.
